Tasks & scheduling

Tasks, the calendar, and the address book.

Qyire includes the day-to-day coordination tools a clinic needs alongside the clinical record.

Tasks

The Tasks area is shared clinical task management for your team. Create tasks, assign them to colleagues, set priorities and due dates, and track them to completion. Tasks can be attached to a patient, so they also appear in that patient's Tasks tab.

Calendar

The Calendar is clinical scheduling for the care team — view, create, and manage appointments and clinical events. It is enabled per organisation by your administrator.

Address book

The Address book is a shared, organisation-wide directory of clinical contacts: GPs, referrers, pharmacies, and external care-team members. It keeps the contacts your clinic relies on in one consistent place.

For clinic administrators

Which of these your clinic sees is controlled by module activation. An organisation administrator turns modules on or off for the whole clinic. Turning a module off only hides its interface — clinical data is always retained. See the developer docs for how the module system works.
