Getting started
Sign in and find your way around Qyire.
Signing in
Open your clinic's Qyire URL and sign in with your work email. If your organisation uses Google sign-in, use Continue with Google. Access is invite-only — if you can't sign in, ask your clinic administrator to invite you.
Finding your way around
After signing in you land on the Dashboard. The quickest way to get anywhere is the Command bar — click the search field at the top of the screen, or press ⌘K (Mac) / Ctrl K (Windows). Start typing to jump to a screen, open a patient or appointment, or search your clinic's SOPs and policies, all from one search box.
The sidebar is your map for browsing:
- Patients — your caseload and patient records.
- Calendar — appointments and clinical events.
- Tasks — work assigned to you and your team.
- Address book — GPs, referrers, pharmacies, and external contacts.
- Settings — your profile and preferences. Clinic administrators also manage their team here under Users & Access: invite and deactivate members, assign roles, organise people into groups, and control which features (including AI) each person or group can use.
Finding a patient
The Patients area lists your caseload. Select a patient to open their record, which is organised into tabs — Overview, Clinical, Consultations, Medications, Records, Letters, Tasks, and Assessments. The exact tabs depend on the modules your clinic has enabled. For a quick jump straight to a patient without leaving what you're doing, open the Command bar and type their name.
Recording clinical information
Clinical records are saved on confirmed server response — no optimistic guessing. Once a record is locked it is never silently overwritten: corrections are made through append-only addenda, leaving an auditable trail.
A note on AI
Where MIA offers AI help — summaries, consultation notes, the Ask MIA assistant — the output is always presented for you to review. Look for the "AI generated — clinician must verify" label and confirm anything before it enters the record.
Clinic administrators: see Tasks & scheduling and the developer docs for how modules are enabled per organisation.
